Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), helps a person understand psychological trauma and attachment issues. Thoughts and emotions must be regulated and linked. The process identifies the strong emotions that are associated to trauma, while assisting in the process of unresolved, unattended conflicted emotions.

Stress Inoculation Therapy (SIT) help reduce traumatic stress, improve a positive sense of self and provide skills to regulate emotions.

Psycho-education, enhances feelings of safety, trust and emotional health, to the behaviors and responses to trauma reminders and disruption of daily life. Brief Eclectic Psychotherapy for PTSD is aimed at externalizing memories, thoughts and emotions about the traumatic event, while working with the moment.
